Face-to-face meetings are the social glue of any consortium
The AF-B-STEP Steering Committee (SC) meets on a monthly basis in a virtual meeting. These meetings are essential to discuss the overall progress of all work packages, making timely decisions, and planning next steps. About once a year, the entire consortium (including PhD students, postdocs, and senior researchers working on the AF-B-STEP project) come together with the SEAB members for a General Assembly (GA) Meeting to share updates and strengthen the collaboration.
